ALTERATIONS and CUSTOM REQUESTS
Every Natural Gorgeous item is handmade. Because of this I am usually willing to make minor alterations upon request for no extra charge. For example, I am happy to shorten or slightly lengthen necklace chains and bracelets. Please send me a message with your specifications and I will confirm whether I can accommodate your request.
If you purchase an item and decide after you receive it that you'd like a minor alteration, I am usually willing to make the alteration for no charge if you pay for shipping costs.
RETURNS
You may return a purchased item for refund minus shipping costs under the following conditions:
- it must be returned within 7 days of your receiving it;
- it must be returned in unworn condition; and
- it must be return shipped in a manner sufficient to prevent accidental damage in transit, preferably in its original packaging.
